We are pleased to announce that we will be launching on the 23rd of July 2018.

There are over 400 interested investors awaiting to be connected with borrowers as we look forward to starting our journey with you — providing attractive interest rates to borrowers and investors !

For Borrowers:

Before you are on boarded as a borrower on Helios P2P you will need to have a list of additional documents to support your application on the 23rd.

The list of supporting documents required to be submitted prior to being onboarded as a borrower on a HeliosP2P account are as follows:

• A copy of your CRIB i-Report obtained within the last 4 weeks from the Credit Bureau of Sri Lanka (CRIB)
• Employer’s letter of confirmation of employment
• Copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and permanent address
• A photo of bank deposit book with account number and name visible
• Two most recent salary slips
• Guarantor’s statement

A guarantor’s statement is not mandatory but improves the probability of your loan request being approved.

For Investors:

Investors require no supporting documents to be signed on and once you sign on to our platform on the 23rd, you will have access to the borrower listings who will be signing up on a daily basis. Keep checking regularly to fund borrowers who appeal to your risk portfolio. Our advice to investors is to maintain a portfolio which is a mixture of different risk grades in order to manage the risk involved and obtain a high return.
